All items are handmade to order so will take around 1-2 weeks to be delivered once the order has been placed and payment made.

All UK postage costs are included in the price of the items, there will be postage costs for anywhere outside of the UK. We can give you these if you would like to send a message stating what you would like to order.

We cover most makes of car key from, Audi, Nissan, Peugeot, Mini BMW, Vauxhall, Volkswagen, Ford, Range Rover etc….. Please message if your make of car is not listed as we can source other makes.

I ask customers to choose one method initially, as multiple discussions/methods of contact may confuse your order.

Yes of course! As everything is handmade to order colour schemes, designs, etc can be created to suit you! You can use any of the designs on my website, Facebook page and Instagram page for inspiration or create your own unique design!

If you are within the UK, payment can be made via PAYPAL or BANK TRANSFER. International customers can pay with PAYPAL. Payment is made in one amount (paid in full) and places your order. More information regarding payment will be given to you when you place your order.

Please ensure all colour schemes/designs/cases are correct before placing your order. As all items are handmade to order for each individual customer, refunds/returns are not accepted.

Crystallised items must be treated with care the are very delicate and crystams can ping off. Please do not pick at any of the crystals/embellishments as this could result in them falling off. Treat them as though they are your best jewellery. I do include spare crystals with every order, just incase you have any accidents.
